25 yrs old married female contacted me on 19/11/06. Since 4yrs she is suffering from asthmatic attacks. Frequency depends upon exposure to dust; smoke draft, perfumes etc and she had to take allopathic medication with aero cot inhaler. Since 1½ Yr Ayurvedic treatment is going on but no relief.
Other associated many functional complaints are like back pain, leucorrhea, pimples unsatisfactory stool, flatulent dyspepsia, piles, and leg pain. Always feels tired
She gave h/o asthmatic attacks in 6th standard which were better later on. Afterwards she used to suffer from RURTI. Now again breathlessness attack.
On examination of throat – tonsils had pus pocket and chest was full of rales and rhonchi. She was given acute medicine to control this acute attack. Afterwards the case was enquired in more details. Apart from physical problems patient had many problems at the level of emotions, relations and handling her stresses. Patient was counselled and was put on regular homeopathic medicines from 02-01-07
In 3 yrs treatment she had only two episode of acute asthmatic attack which was treated with acute homeopathic medicines. Her oversensitivity to all allergens has also reduced. Her all functional complaints are much better.
